How To Clean The Plenty Vaporizer

“The Plenty Vaporizer’s component parts of the filling chamber including the cooling coil and mouthpiece must be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis to guarantee proper operation and acceptable taste” ~Storz & Bickel

Follow these easy instructions on how to clean your Plenty for an optimum vaporization experience.

Step 1. Disassemble the Plenty Vaporizer

Always allow your Plenty to cool before disassembling and cleaning to avoid injury. You can easily remove the herb chamber (filling chamber housing) from the bottom heating unit with a semi counter clockwise turn. The top and bottom of the herb chamber can be separated using the same technique.

The mouthpiece, upper tubing, cooling coil, and bottom tubing can be separated from each other and the top of the herb chamber cap with an easy twist and pull in opposite directions (pull them apart.)

The screens can be removed from the herb chamber cap and bottom with a little bit of pressure. Push the top screen down and out from the top of the filling chamber with the end of the included cleaning brush. The lower screen can be removed from the cylinder and the cylinder from the bottom ring by pressing up and out from the bottom with your thumb.

Step 2. Cleaning The Plenty Vaporizer

Once apart the Pieces of the Plenty vape can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol (90% or greater standard household rubbing alcohol NOT NAIL POLISH REMOVER) and dish washing soap like Dawn or Palmolive. The alcohol can be used on the screens and vapor cooling tube. Submerge the cooling tube and screens in the alcohol and allow to sit over night. Keep in mind that alcohol is flammable and should be handled with caution and care.

The mouthpiece, upper tube, lower tubing, filler chamber cap, and filling chamber housing can all be cleaned with soap and warm water. Soak the parts in soapy water and remove and excess debris with a paper towel or cotton ball. NEVER USE ALCOHOL ON THESE PARTS AS THEY CAN DEGRADE THEIR INTEGRITY.

It is important to thoroughly rinse the parts of soap and alcohol after cleaning. Submerge in water and then rinse with running water to thoroughly clean. Be sure to run water in and through the cooling coil to remove alcohol from inside the whip tube.

Step 3. Assembling the Plenty Vape

Once your Plenty is all cleaned up you will want to re-assemble the parts for use. Follow the disassembly steps in reverse to achieve assembly.

Place the clean screens into the bottom changing cylinder and filling chamber cap. Apply pressure to the edges until it fits securely into the ridges.

Place the cylinder back into the bottom of the filling chamber. Match the flat sides with that of the bottom filling chamber.

Attach the mouthpiece to the vapor cooling tube with the long tubing and a slight twisting motion. Use the short tubing to connect the cooling coil to the filling chamber cap.

Finally lock the top and bottom filling chamber halves with a slight clockwise turn.

Now you are ready to use your Plenty vape assured you are getting the most from your unit. Clean your Plenty vaporizer often especially if you see residue build-up on any of the parts or notice the vapor flavor diminishing.
